It all started years ago when business slowed to Venezuela, I could feel it coming, but still when I had to close the business on July 31, 2009 I was in such shock, so I had made up my mind on the last day of work that I would continue to keep up with my exercise program and eating right, but I did not. Instead I have just been lazy, not doing anything except sleeping and eating and being depressed. I have felt so bad that I don’t even feel like going out of the house. Yesterday I made the commitment to myself that I would give up sugar and all the bad foods I have been eating and start exercising again. So today the very first thing I did when I woke up was :
- Thrity minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the rower, 30 minutes of weights and 15 minutes in child pose meditating.
I already felt better, just because I did it, now I have to stick to it. In order to help me stick to it, I challenged my friend Deb to exercise each day and be creative some part of the day and then we would blog about our exercise experience for the day and also we would tell about what creative thing we did for the day. In some cases we will be doing challenges and these will be sent to each other.
Also, I decided to eat better so today I had:
- Breakfast – Activa Yogurt
- Lunch – Salad
- Dinner – Roast, Plain White Rice, Asparagus
- No Snacks

Now for the Creative Part – I joined a swap in The Sum of All ATC’s Yahoo Group for charms
So far I have made altered scrabble tiles:
